当ゲストハウスは、外国からお越しのゲストに大変多くご利用頂いております。ご宿泊予定日の直前になってからキャンセルされると新たなご予約の確保が難しい場合が多いため、当ゲストハウスでは他社様よりも厳しいキャンンセルポリシーを設定しておりますことを何卒ご理解頂きます宜しくお願い致します。
A lot of guests of foreign tourists are using at our guesthouse. As it is often difficult to reserve a new reservation if canceled by the guest just before the scheduled accommodation date, our guesthouse has set stricter cancellation policy than other companies. We appreciate your understanding.

当ハウスは日本政府から認可を受けた【簡易宿泊所】です。
旅館業法に基づき、全ての宿泊者に対して宿泊者名簿の正確な記載を徹底するよう厚生労働省より通達が出ております。また、日本国内に住所を持たない外国人の方においては、宿泊者名簿の記載に加えて旅券（パスポート）のコピーが義務付けられています。宿泊者が旅券（パスポート）の提示を拒否する場合には、警察署への連絡させて頂く場合がございます。
（※ ご記入頂いた宿泊者名簿とパスポートの写しは、宿泊施設側に作成した日から3年間の保存義務があります。）
Our house is a "accommodation facility" approved by the Japanese government.
Based on Japanese law, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare announced to all guests to "complete thoroughly fill out all items of the guest register ."
For foreigners who do not have an address in Japan, it is also obligatory to copy passports in addition to filling in the guest register. In the case that the guest refuses to present the passport, there are cases where the police station is notified.
(※ There are obligations for 3 years from the date of creation on the accommodation facility side of the "guest register " and "copy of passport".)
